Premier Print Source Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Premier Print Source, ASC (“Company”) offers a comprehensive warranty on all large format print products (“Products”) sold. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period for Products purchased from Premier Print Source varies from product to product. Please refer to the product spec sheet for specific warranty term information. A valid proof of purchase is required to confirm the warranty start date.
3. What is Covered
This warranty covers:
– Defects in materials, such as cracking or peeling of prints.
– Defects in workmanship, such as improper cutting, mounting, or finishing.
– Defective hardware, including stands, frames, or other structural components.
4. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused by improper installation, handling, or storage.
– Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
– Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, or other external causes.
– Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or minor surface imperfections.
– Fading of prints due to exposure to sunlight or other environmental factors.
– Shipping costs for warranty claims.
5. Shipping Damage
If a product is damaged upon arrival, please take the following steps:
1. Photograph the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item and the box it came in.
2. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at customercare@actionsportscanopies.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos of the item and the box.
3. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if the damage was caused by the logistics company.
4. Logistics Claim:
– If the item was shipped on our account, Premier Print Source will file a claim with the shipping provider. We will handle the process and ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
– If the item was shipped on the customer’s account or a third-party account, the customer will be responsible for filing the claim with their logistics provider. Premier Print Source can assist with documentation and photos, but the responsibility for the claim lies with the customer. If the claim is not approved by the logistics company, the customer may need to repurchase the product.
Note: We encourage customers to use our shipping account to cover these types of issues and to ensure a smoother resolution process.
6. Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at customercare@actionsportscanopies.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect.
2. Submit a Form: Please submit the warranty request form available at [https://actionsportscanopies.com/warranty-request/].
3. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or ask for the Product to be returned for inspection.
4. Resolution: If the claim is approved and deemed to be a manufacturer defect or covered under warranty, Premier Print Source will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product. The replacement item will be reshipped at our cost via FedEx Ground.
Note: The warranty does NOT cover shipping costs for the return of defective items. However, if the issue is deemed to be a manufacturer defect and covered under warranty, Premier Print Source will cover the cost of reshipping the repaired or replaced item via FedEx Ground.
7. Limitations of Liability
Premier Print Source’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product. In no event shall Premier Print Source be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Products.
8. Amendments
Premier Print Source reserves the right to amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the amendment.
