Can I leave the canopy graphic on while I retract the tent frame?

We do NOT recommend you leave the canopy graphic on while you retract the tent frame

What do you recommend for cleaning the event tent graphics?

We recommend you hand wash the event tent graphics by using a soft brush, mild soap, and warm water to clean. The event tent is NOT machine washable. Make sure the canopy is completely dry before storing.

Will your canopy top fit my canopy frame that was purchased from another manufacturer?

Our tops will fit most leading brands of commercial grade canopies. We cannot guarantee a fit, however, if you contact your sales rep, we may be able to provide more detailed information.

What material are your canopy tops made from?

Our canopy tops are printed on 600 Denier Polyester and include a urethane undercoating for added water resistance.
